We start any project in getting to know you, the client, and deep diving into the brief to get a really solid understanding of your needs. We discuss the sustainability principles you would like to embed into the project as well. After the initial briefings and workshops we come back to you with a developed brief and identify additional opportunities you may like to incorporate. Once you are happy with the outcomes we are looking to achieve we continue on to the concept design phase.

During the concept design phase we explore plan options with you and then put together a material palette and look and feel images so you can get a clear understanding of the proposed ideas. This is then workshopped with you and any desired changes are incorporated. 

The next phase is design development. Now we will draw up all those ideas and get into the finer details of functionality and design. We’ll put together a schedule of materials and fixtures as well. During this stage there is communication with you to ensure you have a clear understanding of each proposed element. These drawings can then be used to obtain preliminary pricing from builders so we can make sure the project sits within your budget.

Once a builder is appointed we make any final changes and add any additional details required in order for your project to be built. Once construction commences we work with the builder to ensure that the final outcome is of a high quality and true to our design vision. This involves regular site visits and constant communication with the builder.

Upon project completion we can provide a styling service if desired and we stay in touch with you to hear how the space is working for you.
